[TFM] Commission Info Sheet 2018

I finished another commission sheet! Took me a while phew-- 
This only has the prices in points, since I wasn't sure on what to expect from people other than furs. So if you don't have points but want to gift me as payment instead, we'll have to talk it out. Usually I take furs for fully rendered art and not sketches.

OTHER NOTES
- I don't do refunds for furs and shop items, as I don't have money to pay you back for the fraises you spent on the items. 
I can refund points however, but only up to the sketching phase (ask me how my progress is going in case you need to check).
